An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely
Weekly Zoom Group Mental Wellness Support Sessions with your community, facilitated by Laura and Iris.
You are a leader in your community and many are looking to you for guidance. And guess what? It is completely normal and expected that you may also be struggling to find steady ground in this unprecedented time.
Shall we say this again? Everything you are feeling, all of the anxiety and the overwhelm is completely normal.
And, the good news is that you don’t have to know everything at this moment. You can ask for support and guidance. You have a community, comprised of women who are in your shoes, many who are also experiencing the emotional burden of showing up for their members while navigating the uncertainty of being mothers and small business owners.
So, join us for a weekly support session, drop in as needed to vent, cry, share, ask for help, and connect with your community of peers. Bathrobes and yoga pants are welcome.
