Jacksonville now has its first coworking space catering to female entrepreneurs. CenCon Cowork, is a launch-life community hub and business accelerator designed for enterprising women in the First Coast and fills a gap addressed by no other business in the area — a place where women can pursue economic equity through entrepreneurship and building meaningful connections that support their business goals and enrich their personal lives.

CenCon’s vision is to enrich the intellectual fabric of our community; help members stay in boss mode by taking ‘actions’ daily to grow their business; help women relax, recharge, and reconnect with one another socially; support and encourage mompreneurs; and give women veterans and milspouse (Military Spouse) entrepreneurs full support and resources to meet their unique needs.

The 24-hour secure and full-service business facility, located at 610 N Julia Street, is currently open and offering memberships as low as $59. With over 4,000 sf under 10 and 12- foot ceilings, the space offers traditional coworking amenities such as conference rooms, private offices, and meeting spaces, but also includes a dressing and lactation room, meditation room, training class room with a stage, and retail space.
